My Personal journey
About Martha
My story begins in Epworth, one of the poorest communities in Zimbabwe.
That is where I was born, raised, and educated. Growing up there taught me lessons no textbook ever could—resilience, humility, hard work, and the belief that your circumstances do not have to define your future. Life was not easy, but it shaped me into someone who learned to keep going even when the odds were against me.
Education became my way forward.
I went on to study at Midlands State University (MSU), where I obtained my Honours Degree in Human Resource Management. What started as a passion for understanding people and workplaces later grew into a lifelong commitment to helping others unlock their potential. I later completed my Master of Business Administration (MBA) with MANCOSA, further strengthening my ability to guide individuals and organisations with clarity and strategy.
Over the past 15 years, I have worked as an HR Consultant, supporting people at different stages of their lives and careers. Along this journey, I also earned professional certifications including PMP, SDF, and HRP, equipping me with both practical and strategic tools to serve my clients better.
But beyond qualifications and experience, my work is deeply personal.
I am a life coach because I genuinely care about people. I am passionate about helping individuals move forward—whether that means preparing for job interviews, navigating visa application processes, building confidence, empowering women, managing finances, or learning how to invest smartly for the future. I have walked a difficult road myself, and I understand how overwhelming life can feel when you don’t have guidance or access to the right information.
Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck—professionally, financially, or personally. What they often tell me later is that they feel supported, safe, and understood. I am known for sharing opportunities, offering practical guidance, and being present not just for career matters, but also for real-life challenges such as family and relationship issues, especially around finances.
I believe empowerment begins with knowledge—and I don’t believe in keeping that knowledge to myself.
At my core, I am a hard worker, a family-oriented person, and someone who leads with kindness. I value honesty, growth, and integrity. My coaching style is warm, practical, and grounded in real experience. I don’t believe in quick fixes or empty motivation—I believe in sustainable progress, informed decisions, and personal responsibility supported by compassion.
Today, I work with a global community, supporting individuals and families across borders and backgrounds. No matter where you come from or what you are facing, I believe that growth is possible when you are willing to learn, commit, and take the next step forward.
If my journey has taught me anything, it is this:
You can rise from anywhere. With the right mindset, guidance, and support, you can build a life that feels stable, meaningful, and aligned with who you truly are.
If you are here, know that you are not alone—and you are in a safe space.
